These are the essential oils used to create this blend

 

Camphor helps reduce the swelling in the joints caused by arthritis/ rheumatism.

 

Rosemary This pain-relieving oil stimulates blood circulation. Relieves sore muscles and painful joints

 

Eucalyptus This is an anti-inflammatory oil that helps to reduce inflammation, analgesic oil is a popular choice for those suffering from a variety of aches and pains from sprains to stiffness it’s a natural pain reliever

 

Almond oil is the carrier oil used to mix the essential oils. It contains multiple vitamins, A, B1, B2, B6 vitamin E which penetrates well into the skin being both nourishing & soothing

 

Another suggestion:

If your arthritis symptoms are causing you to feel distressed or anxious, consider using lavender essential oil. Great for stress, and anxiety relief

 

Put a few drops of lavender essential oil on a cotton ball and inhale the scent directly.

 

Or put a few drops on a handkerchief or other absorbent material and inhale as needed.

This blend of oils can be used either for a massage or in a bath

 

Massage: apply on the affected areas and massage into the skin.Apply straight on the body

 

Bath: Put 6- 12 drops of oil (depends on the size of the tub) to the bath after the water has filled the tub. Soak for at least 15- 20 minutes so the oils could penetrate into the skin. Pat dry. Do not remove all the oil let them absorb into the skin.

Discontinue use if you are allergic to any of the essential oils
