Here are some suggestions:

Bath

Depending on the size of your bath, add 5- 7 drops of Fir needle essential oil to a warm bath this will do a world of good for aching muscles and joints. Add oils after you filled your bath with water.

Diffuser

Because of the aroma of fir needles it is a popular scent for the holidays.

Adding 5-6 drops in your diffuser will help if you are tensed and stressed, giving you the feeling that you are in the forest or country. Infusing this essential oil will also purify and deodorize your home.

Household Cleaning

Mix 8 drops of Fir needle essential oil with 12 drops of Lemon essential oil, add 1/8th cup of white vinegar, to a gallon of warm water to make a natural cleaning agent.

Massage

Mix 2-3 drops of Fir needle essential oil with 1 tsp carrier oil such as almond, coconut, jojoba oil and massage onto achy joints and muscles.
