Here are some suggestions:

Anxiety

Try massaging on the stomach and solar plexus twice a day. Combine 2-3 drops of Sage with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil (Almond, Coconut, Jojoba) also good for those who suffer from menopause.

Bath

To relieve tension in tired legs, try this mixture. 4 drops to 2 teaspoons of carrier oil. (almond, coconut, jojoba) Add about 1 teaspoon of this blend to the bath water after the bath is filled. While in the water, massage the legs starting from the ankles upward toward the knee. Out of the bath, pat dry rubbing oils into the skin. (good for those who stand all day.)

Diffuser

It can give you relief from a cough, cold, and infections in your chest and respiratory tracts. It also provides relief from congestion that results from the common cold. Add 5-6 drops to the water in your diffuser.
