Here are some suggestions:

Bath

Adding 5-7 drops of Spearmint to the bath water may help reduce fever, fatigue, inflammation, and nasal congestion.

Massage

Add 2-3 drops of Spearmint oil diluted with one teaspoon of carrier oil. (Almond, Grapeseed, Sunflower oils) applied to the affected areas to relieve aches and pains, including menstrual and abdominal pain as well as muscle spasms.

Moisturizers

Used in moisturizers such as lotions, Spearmint Essential Oil can unclog skin and promote its cleansing while leaving skin feeling cool and refreshed.

Skin Irritations

Spearmint can relieve skin irritations such as itchiness, insect bites, and skin condition such as Athlete’s Foot.
