Ingredients used and their benefits:

 

Sugar: makes an amazing abrasive ingredient in scrubs. It's a natural humectant, so it retains moisture and ensures skin is kept hydrated, making it ideal for delicate and sensitive skin, especially because it melts away upon contact with water.

 

Petals of Spring Fragrance: A fresh spring floral fragrance oil with top notes of freesia, and jasmine, followed by notes of lily of the valley, honeysuckle; base notes of plum and raspberry.

 

Coconut Oil: Helps to reduce redness and inflammation, evening out skin tones, and helping to squash breakouts.  Beyond that, it's known for being an excellent moisturizer that sinks in quickly.

 

Shea Butter: has remarkable moisturizing and healing properties. Shea butter is proven to have antioxidant properties due to its tocopherol content.2 It has anti-inflammatory properties as well, thanks to the triterpene alcohols in it.

 

Beeswax: can reinforce the skin’s natural barrier and offer additional protection from the environment. This also makes beeswax an efficient covering material for the already present water molecules within your skin and on top of it. That helps our skin retain its moisture and protects it from drying up.

 

Rose Essential Oil: is purported to hydrate dry skin, clear acne, reduce signs of aging, minimize the appearance of scars, and help with conditions such as eczema and rosacea.

 

Geranium Essential Oil: indicates that its antibacterial, antimicrobial, and antiseptic properties make it beneficial for reducing acne breakouts, skin irritation, and skin infections when applied topically.

 

Rose Petals: have a relaxing, calming scent. They can help to soothe a stressed, overthinking mind. If you’re feeling a bit low, pop the kettle on or pamper yourself with a rose petal beauty product and you may find the ingredient leaves you feeling more uplifted and comforted.

How to use Hard Lotion:

Those who want to moisturize their bodies simply can take this lotion bar into their hands and warm it with them. The heat emanating from their hands will melt a small portion of the bar. From there, users can rub the lotion onto the body part that needs moisturizing. especially on your feet, ankles, knees, legs, arms, elbows, or any other area that has dry skin. 

Clients are encouraged to apply only light layers of lotion to an area. This is because, upon application, the lotion can feel as though it is greasy. Layers need to be given a few moments to absorb into the skin. After the lotion has successfully penetrated the skin, clients will know whether they need to use the lotion bar for a second application.

 

How to Use Bath Melts - (Could be re-used in a few baths)

Bath melts are small bars made with moisturizing body butter. They are tossed into a hot bath to melt, resulting in a fragrant and skin-softening bath time experience. The skin-nourishing fats and oil in these DIY bath melts will partially mix with your bath water but mainly float on top to soften your skin.

 

Sugar Scrub Lip Balm

Once you apply the scrub, rub it on lips for 1-2 minutes.  It is important not to overdo exfoliation; twice a week is more than enough. If it is winter season then you can scrub your lips 3 times a week. 

Heart Lotion Bars and Bath Melts are made of coconut oil, shea butter, and beeswax so if you apply on the bottom of your feet, it might be slippery so be cautious when walking. 

 

Sugar Scrubs are almost made of coconut oil so be careful in the shower as it will make your tub or shower slippery.
